Neil Adcock
Born in 1957, in New Zealand, Neil Adcock graduated from the Wellington School of Design in 1979. He exhibited some of his early works the National Art Gallery in Wellington and spent many years as a creative director in advertising. Neil became a self-taught jeweller and sculptor, designing and creating bold, strong, singular, contemporary work.
His work has been showcased internationally and nationally at:
- Royal Academy of Arts, London.
- Maison-galerie 19PaulFort, Paris.
- Artistar Jewels, Milan.
- Fingers Contemporary Jewellery Gallery, Auckland.
- New Zealand Fashion Museum “Moana Currents”.
Neil likes to use products unique to NZ – Pounamu, NZ Amber, Kauri Copal/Gum and Gem Stones, Gold etc – melding these natural treasures to make his unique style of jewellery.
